What SoukLocal does

SoukLocal lists local businesses and helps customers contact them. SoukLocal is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a business, does not carry out the work, and does not hold customer payments.

Verification

A Verified badge means we checked the items described on our How we verify page on the date shown. It is not a guarantee of a business's work, prices or conduct. You remain responsible for choosing a business, agreeing scope and price in writing, and obtaining any approvals your work needs.

Guides

Our guides are general information, not legal or professional advice. Rules change and vary by community and authority.

Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest, about a real job, and follow our review policy. Do not post content that is false, offensive, defamatory, or that shares someone's personal data. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Businesses

Businesses must give accurate information, keep their licence and registrations valid, and tell us promptly of any change. We may suspend a listing that fails verification or receives credible reports.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SoukLocal is not liable for the work, products or conduct of listed businesses, or for losses arising from agreements between customers and businesses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
