What moves the price
- Cabinet construction: board type, door finish (laminate, lacquer, veneer), hinges and runners. Ask for them by name.
- Layout changes: moving the sink, hob or walls adds plumbing, electrical and approval costs.
- Worktop material: quartz and porcelain slabs sit between granite and natural marble.
